uRecruits Team (Archval LLC) has been our long-term partner and friend since 2021. We’ve been trusted with developing the core features and modules for the uRecruits (Coding Assessments, Creation of an Assignment, and Domain Questionnaire Bank), along with some architecture technologies research & analysis.
With Russia launching a full-scale invasion of our home country Ukraine, WTT Solutions was forced to switch into survival mode, evacuating our employees and their families to safety. Nevertheless, we’ve persevered. Alex and his fantastic team believed in us and continued our cooperation during this need. As a big revolutionary US-based start-up, uRecruits demands high standards of planning, communications, and development expertise. With a team of eight dedicated specialists, WTT Solutions delivered solid results despite the tragic circumstances. Further, we managed to hold together every employee involved and expand, and Alex’s sincere trust and support motivated us to stay strong and dedicated to the Project.
From the side of the uRecruits, we were surrounded by a team of seasoned professionals, with Alex as a visionary and overall leader. Therefore, we have always seen the whole picture and understood every stage and requirement.
It was an essential and fulfilling experience for us to work on the uRecruits. Partnering with the uRecruits team has also been a pleasure. We look forward to continuing our cooperation and contributing to this fantastic project.
