How it all started
When we just started working on uRecruits, we already had a bunch of delivered React projects in our pocket. Project onboarding went smoothly. Our development team, led by our project manager, was introduced to a design team, a BA team, and other members of the uRecruits team. Since then, our communication has been based on mutual understanding, support, and willingness to provide all the necessary details and thus contribute to better project progress. uRecruits is a unique project to work on. Day by day, our developers have been solving various technology challenges and thus adding new skills to their profiles. Since the beginning, their technical skills have grown significantly. Project progress during the war in Ukraine
When the war started in our country, the constant anxiety was overwhelming. Yet, it was critical to stay calm. During tough times, getting a regular workload was a deep necessity that uRecruits helped us to fulfill. Due to an unstable situation and the fear of the unknown that has spread all over the world, keeping our developers busy with projects has been harder than ever before. But despite it, we keep working on the uRecruits project and helping them get closer to their final goal: getting a fully-functional web product that will change the way people hire and get hired. While the situation in our country needs to be more stable, we continue to work on building a better future, better products, and a better us. uRecruits has given us support that is highly appreciated by each and every member of our team. Even though our enemy is trying to make us weaker, we won't stop doing what we are proficient at and delivering on our promises. We would also like to thank uRecruits for understanding some forced availability changes among some of our team members. Despite this, they are still able to get full workloads. Moreover, our team of uRecruits developers has doubled since the very beginning. Once again, it demonstrates the trust uRecruits has in our team, despite the given circumstances.
Envisioning future
We are thrilled to be involved in building a truly exceptional product, but at the same time, we are anticipating its release date. It will be exciting to see it solving users' hiring and job search challenges. The most exciting part is knowing we are among those who brought it to life. Practically speaking, we are confident that uRecruits will make our React development team stronger and more versatile. In order to become a market leader, the product relies on complex technologies and top-notch approaches. Thus, we cannot deny the fact that no matter how good our developers are, their expertise will grow tremendously after this project's completion. It's thus obvious that uRecruits will make us stronger and more advanced at building complex tools. After the launch, we expect the product to continue through regular
enhancements and functionality extensions. We are planning to keep a dedicated developer who will be supporting the product and will be always available to address any project needs. We believe in long-term, no-hassle partnerships that will give EcDev Studio a regular workload for selected developers. In return, uRecruits will get confidence in getting their tech needs covered.
